Charlie has been in the food industry for over 15 years, going from working in some of the best restaurants in London to working in cookery television production, working with names such as Tom Kerrdige.

Charlie has built a reputation for creating beautiful food and atmosphere in all-day dining venues across London. He's here to share his story of how he started Morty & Bob's, the challenges he faced, and the lessons he learned along the way.
